Rebuilding and Relaunching Document360 2.0
Last week marked a momentous milestone in our Document360 journey, and I'm thrilled to share the exciting journey we've embarked upon. Five years ago, we introduced Document360 as our fastest-growing SaaS product. It had a transformative impact on documentation for countless clients worldwide.
However, we took a bold step last week by unveiling a brand-new version of the platform. Why did we undertake this colossal task? The answer is simple: we aimed to enhance the user experience for our valued customers.
For those who have trusted us over the years, we are committed to delivering nothing but the best. Reimagining and reinventing a product we knew so well was no small feat. It required us to delve into the depths of our creativity to rebuild our flagship product better than ever before.
The origins of Document360 can be traced back to a critical need within our own products, BizTalk360 and Serverless360. We faced documentation challenges that led us to initiate an internal hackathon. The result? A humble prototype that held the potential to revolutionize the world of documentation. This marked our first venture into the world of pure SaaS, capable of serving small, mid-sized, and enterprise industries.
Our intuition was right—Document360 emerged as a powerful tool, empowering thousands of companies worldwide, ranging from startups to Fortune 100 enterprises. It revolutionized the way online and private documentation was created and published.
Our influence extended across diverse industries, IT, Healthcare, FMCG, Finance, Retail, Manufacturing, or any other sector. Our customers have testified to the transformative impact of our platform on the documentation process. They've reported that Document360 empowers their customers, reduces support tickets, and offers 24/7 customer support.
Yoni Huberman, Director of Customer Education at Panaya, a SaaS company based in Israel, shared how Document360 transformed the way their customers access content. Many customers have witnessed a substantial decrease in customer support tickets, some by up to 30%, after adopting Document360.
Our user engagement with the product is currently at an all-time high, with over 100,000 users actively engaged at any given moment. We serve more than 500 million articles annually in multiple languages worldwide.
However, in the dynamic SaaS industry, we recognize that resting on our laurels is not an option. A 2023 survey highlighted that 88% of customers expected companies to offer an online self-service portal, underlining the growing importance of self-service solutions. Therefore, we set out to upgrade and scale Document360 in a way that would redefine the self-service landscape.
Over the past five years, we continually added features based on customer requests. Nevertheless, we realized that the product could become unwieldy if we continued down the same path. It became evident that we needed a new strategy to scale further and develop the product, leading us to rebuild it from the ground up.
In addition to our strategic shift, we've witnessed the transformative influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on customer behavior over the past year. It prompted us to rethink how knowledge is sought and content is created.
So, last year, our dedicated team, comprised of developers, engineers, designers, and marketers, embarked on a monumental journey. Our goal remained clear: making documentation easier for everyone. They invested their hearts and souls in reimagining Document360 from the ground up. The result? Document360 2.0, a product reimagined, reinvented, and reborn.

This new version brings an array of exciting features, including our Generative AI solution—Eddy. Eddy provides an elegant and efficient way to interact with your knowledge base, answering users' questions faster and more accurately based on the articles uploaded in the specific base.
But that's just the beginning. Document360 2.0 is loaded with additional AI features that enhance content creation and management. You can create content more quickly, adjust the tone, and even shorten or lengthen it with just a click. Authors can also summarize articles using a feature called the article summarizer, again with just a click.
I'm incredibly proud of our team's dedication, creativity, and unwavering commitment to a customer-centric approach that guided every step of this transformation. We celebrated the official global launch of Document360 2.0 last week with grand celebrations.
