You wake between 4 and 5 without an alarm, make the bed, go to the bathroom to pee and brush your teeth, and then throw on some joggers and a t-shirt.

I let Neo out while I get my Spark and other supplements. Neo comes back and does a trick to get his treat.
Then it's up the stairs, around the game room, down to the den, long straight shot to the living room, and randomly circle back around the dining room or kitchen island at least 10X
It's never enough for the savior of the Matrix, so there's 10 rounds of fetch across the whole house.
Next Neo learns Kung Fu or really waits dutifully while I start some laundry and do light weight of 100 reps for chest and shoulders with abs in between for rest.
Nothing crazy. Just some conditioning to get your body ready to step it up next month.
Then it's selecting the Monday Delta topic for later with the staff - and daily writing that everyone does ;)
You know it's a good habit when there's room for variety, you don't have to track it, and you can feel your improvement well before recognizing all the results.
