#RebrandYouths: Messages To My Younger Self

#RebrandYouths: Messages To My Younger Self

Today, the 18th day of February 2020, marks the beginning of my LinkedIn series as I will be writing messages to my younger self, hoping that those younger than I am learn from my lessons while those older than I am take corrections for the mistakes they made and join the #RebrandYouths movement.

This day marks the beginning of a journey I’d always hoped to make in the course of youth empowerment and mindset/ lifestyle surgery of the African youths both young and old.

I see myself not only as a leader embarking on a journey to set standards, goals and achieve feats, but as a humble servant who with all due diligence prides in servitude as a true identity of leadership; ready to bond passion with skills, knowledge with a network to birth a movement that will not only fall on the lips of many and get lost in the noise, but one that will rest in the hearts of a few who will lead the whole and together thrive to rebrand the African youths.

Change in itself begins with me, but change which begins with me must be passed on to quantity changing them to quality; and must never start and stop with nor within me. You are free to drop your comments, share, help youths succeed, grow and become better persons in the society. For those already embarking on life changing child, teen and youth projects, my accolades goes out to you and thank you for keeping the fire burning.

Change is a seed; plant it and a garden emerges.

Together, we can plant change! Together, we can #RebrandYouths!
