The story behind our new identity

As time passes, the world changes, perspectives shift and companies evolve. We too are no different. From 2015, we have been serving diligently to become the largest service marketplace in Bangladesh. And after 8 long years, we have reached a critical juncture. We realised that we have much more to give, customers today need a lot of additional services and we have a lot of room for reinvention.?

Hence, the adventure of reimagining ourselves from scratch!

Our ambitions have changed over the years. We realized that we can be much more than a service platform, our passion to serve you has the potential to cover a lot of new grounds. Hence, we are gearing up for a strategic shift - with a lot of new services, delightful features and in-app products in the coming days.

Minimal, modern design philosophy ??

Who doesn’t love a makeover? Our logo, color scheme has been redesigned to fit the taste and affinity of the emerging digital-first audience. The new logo has incorporated modern colors with a neon-like mix and the brandmark has taken a more minimal approach. The goal is to keep things simple from now on!

Greater focus on the customer and our service providers ????

Our customers and our service providers are at the center of what we do. Hence, with the rebranding, we renewed our promise of being a reliable partner, friend for both these audiences. While we have planned features and products for our customers, we are also about to introduce multiple long-term initiatives for our service partners, with the goal of empowering these small-scale entrepreneurs.

New content and communication approach ??

A boring brand is, well….a boring brand. Yes we are professionals who provide you home and office services but what’s stopping us from having fun along the way? So with this rebranding, we are making our brand much more human, more engaging and conversations-driven. We are good at what we do, but we also want to develop meaningful, lasting relationships with you - our customers - with the help of our content and brand communication.
