Rebranding myself with a new mindset

Rebranding myself with a new mindset

Hello dear reader,

It’s been a while since my last newsletter, but sometimes, you just need to take a break, eat a KitKat (or two), and refuel to rethink your approach to business and life.

The entrepreneurial journey is a marathon, not a sprint, and I’ve spent the last year diving deep into psychotherapy to better understand myself, my motivations, and why I wanted to become the entrepreneur I’ve always dreamed of being.

Here’s the short version: running a business shouldn’t be driven by imposter syndrome, lack of self-confidence, or personal insecurities. It’s a real job—one that requires discipline, focus, and the ability to create and protect value for clients who are paying you to solve their problems. It’s not about saving the world, seeking validation, or filling emotional voids. What happens when a client says they don’t like you? You take it professionally, not personally.

Of course, you’re human, and you should always strive to deliver on your promises with integrity. But success in business isn’t tied to emotional baggage or constant justifications for why you’re not taking the necessary steps to grow. It’s about taking responsibility, staying disciplined, and focusing on what truly matters. For me, that meant working with coaches who helped me realize I wasn’t making real money and refocusing on my goals. It starts with how I structure my day, prioritizing tasks that drive growth—no matter how many cats I have to take care of (yes, I’m a cat person).

This introspection, along with landing new clients, made me realize I needed to be more structured and consistent—not just for my business, but for myself. That’s why I’ve decided to rebrand this newsletter under my name, Sara Follador. At the end of the day, no matter how many concepts or labels I create, you’re working with me—someone who offers a personalized, custom-made approach to meet your goals.

So, I’m proud to introduce this new version of the newsletter, which will now be published once a month. Each edition will include valuable insights, practical tips, and curated content to help you grow your business. Let’s dive in!

How to Do Business in 3 Steps with LinkedIn

Nothing complicated here—just actionable steps to get results:

  1. Identify your target clients: Who are they? What industries are they in?
  2. List their problems: Can you genuinely help solve them?
  3. Create use cases: Write articles or posts addressing their pain points—without selling directly.
  4. Engage personally: Reach out, ask questions, and offer exploration calls.

Pro tip: Use ChatGPT to structure a table for organizing your target clients and their pain points.

How to Leverage LinkedIn with A.I.

I’ll admit it—I’m lazy, and that’s why I love A.I. tools. But to use them effectively, you need a clear strategy. Here’s how I do it:

  • Use Deepseek or Gemini to optimize your LinkedIn profile.
  • Create a content strategy and editorial calendar.
  • Use LinkMate to drop timely, relevant comments.
  • Struggling with ideas? Try NoteBook LM to generate audio, transcriptions, and potential questions to address in your posts.

Where to Cowork?

I’m back in Bansko, Bulgaria, a town that’s grown tremendously over the past five years. We used to have only one place for DN, and now we have 5, but Nestwork Coworking is my go-to spot—it’s the perfect blend of productivity, community, and business vibes. You’ll meet digital nomads, techies, and entrepreneurs from around the world. Plus, they host awesome events like MeetUps and team-building activities. I’ll be hosting some bootcamps here soon, so if you’re curious, check out their website and ping me for details.

Bonus, since I have been in love with the Pizza at La Felicita at the STATION F in Paris, I was dreaming to have Italian Food in Bansko too, with fresh of course, and there is tiny shop making amazing vegetarian foccacia sandwiches and pizza too. It is located 5 minutes away from the coworking

Tech Product to Try Now!

How many meetings do you have per day? For me, it’s an average of 3, which adds up to 15 per week. Writing summaries and action points afterward can take hours—time I’d rather spend on deliverables. That’s why I’m obsessed with Upmeet.

It’s a game-changer for meeting notes, generating minute reports, and integrating with Google Meet, Teams, and Zoom. No more wasting time on non-essential details (like my cats in Bulgaria). Important : It is GDPR compliant and I have heard about inside the Hacienda community driven by Carlos Diaz , El Gringo.

The Future of A.I. is Human

Two weeks ago, I almost had a heart attack when I couldn’t access my LinkedIn account. All my 10 years of connections and content felt like they were slipping away. Thankfully, I resolved the issue, but it was a wake-up call. Human connections matter, and we can’t rely solely on one platform. That’s why I’ve decided to spend more time on my blog, Sara Follador.com, where I’ll share my experiences, insights, and interviews with my network.

I also wrote an article on the future of A.I, exploring how marketing and communication will evolve with A.I. Check it out and share your thoughts with me!

Warning: Still working on the improvement of the look and learning to use HubSpot too. So if you have some recommendations, I am in.

Mindset: Boundaries Are Key

To prevent burnout, depression, or a sense of failure, set clear boundaries. Define what you’re willing to accept, how you handle discomfort, and ensure clarity with clients and employees. Ignoring your own needs will only lead to wasted time and lost opportunities. Own your time, value your work, and ensure it serves your clients without sacrificing your business.

Food for brain: To Listen

The Podcast of Carlos Diaz, Silicone Carne in French to stay tuned about the tech, innovation and hear about real-life stories from entrepreneurs.

That’s it for this edition! I hope you found value in these insights. Feel free to interact with me via PM or comments—I’d love to hear from you.

Until next month, Sara Follador
