Rebranding brings rewards and awards

We’re over the moon to have been highly commended for a major NHS award last night. It’s for our rebrand work with leading charity – Alzheimer’s Research UK.

But maybe more importantly the case-study shows how the branding process can be such a force for good – helping pinpoint  & communicate the unique values, qualities and services of a truly change-making organisation.

Alzheimer’s Research UK wanted to reinvigorate their brand at the start of a 5 year mission to raise £100 million for dementia research.

The charity had strong scientific credibility but needed to communicate more passion and progress.  Extensive research among staff, supporters, scientists and the public led to a powerful and optimistic brand proposition that reaches out across society to join a nationwide movement in support of dementia research.

The rebrand has helped transform the charity’s engagement with supporters and new audiences, leading to a 14% increase in brand awareness and a projected voluntary income growth of 20%. It has really helped power the fightback against dementia.

Only research can defeat dementia and Alzheimer’s Research UK has really exploited its new brand to the full – reaching out to a whole range of new organisations and audiences, as well as existing supporters.
