Rebirth or Sunshine
According to Realtor.com and an article written by Brena Swanson, October’s hottest 20 housing markets received 1.8 to 3.6 times the number of views per listing as the national average, and they also saw inventory move 30 to 47 days more quickly than the rest of the U.S. Denver is the hottest city while Detroit emerged as #16 and just ahead of Boulder. The Top 10 is dominated by California cities - and its sunshine, traffic jams and high tax rates. However, the rebirth of a city is underway and suburban youth want to relocate, work and enjoy the "city" lifestyle found in Detroit. It's hard to compete with sunshine, but it's also hard to compete with the energetic, hard working, competitive grit of Detroiters.

9 年Absolutely! It was fun to drive downtown last night to the MMLA event. With all of the big construction projects downtown, it's hard to deny that Detroit is returning to greatness!
