What’s new on Menders?

COVID has normalized conversations about moral injury and burnout. It also ripped off the veneer of professionalism that was papering over the humanity of healthcare professionals.

I sat down with Dr. Mayan Bomsztyk to explore employee well-being challenges from her perspective as an executive for a public sector healthcare system. She shared a few lessons that she has learned about how to reconnect with and reprioritize what matters to take better care of employees in healthcare.
