Reasons Why Video Should Be Part of Your Marketing Strategy?

A short, valuable video can travel among your customer base. While it helps if it’s funny and entertaining, content matters more than production.

Video Doesn’t Have To Be A Major Time Commitment

If you decide to commission a few videos and have them optimized for the search engines -you’re doing more than most. If you decide to create ongoing great content – but certainly not a requirement. Just remember that the videos will do much better if there “seeded”. This is where many companies fail. If your content is valuable- it should not be overtly promotional- share your clips with a personal message to the bloggers and websites reaching your target audience.

Audience’s respond to the internet more than any other form of media  

Video attracts visual learners. We know that different people learn in different ways. Some people learn best by seeing things demonstrated rather than reading or listening to someone talk about it. Adding video allows you to better reach visually-oriented customers.

The other difference with video on the web is that it tends to be more relevant to, and focused on, the needs of the viewer. These statistics demonstrate that viewers tend to think more favorable towards brands who communicate with their audience using online video than TV advertising, which is generally targeted towards a more generic target audience.
