What is a Value Added Reseller? or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Trust Tyrell!
What’s the point of a reseller ? well in some cases very little point. Some will sell you the ‘product du jour’ and, dare I say it the most profitable product at the time. Others will sell you what they can supply and try to make it fit, rather than the product that is the correct solution. Then they will disappear and reappear when you have money again.
If this seems a little cynical it’s not meant to be, it’s just a reality. Here in Tyrell we try to build relationships that are based on trust and providing the correct solution even if that means walking away from a sale if there is a better alternative that we don’t supply.
We also have a team that has worked in your industry and that have faced the issues that you face on a daily basis. We all love technology and the word workflow in the office almost triggers a euphoric response as we all love to design and build the correct solution in the most elegant and clever way without breaking the bank.
