2. Lubricating oil is not replaced or added in time, and oil supply is lacking. Or the oil circuit is blocked or leaked, causing the machine head to be stuck due to lack of oil.
3. Carbon deposits due to too much impurities and coking. Therefore, it is more important to choose lubricating oil and replace lubricating oil; such accidents are more likely to occur when inferior lubricating oil or overdue use is used. At this time, the handling method of the machine head stuck: it must be disassembled and inspected, and it can be recovered after soaking in the cleaning agent for five hours.
II. Rotor reason
1. The rotor will explode in direct contact. The bearing of the main engine is worn, which leads to the axial movement of the screw and the increase of the radial movement. The gap change is normally allowed during the life of the bearing, and the resulting reduction in air compressor gas production and increase in the load of the transmission motor are also normally allowed.
2. The bearing is aging and the wear is serious.
