Reasons people don't get results (that nobody talks about)

So much emphasis goes into setting up the perfect diet when it comes to dropping weight.?

?

How many calories? ?

How much fibre? ?

What’s my carbohydrate limit? ?

How much water should I drink? ?

What supplements should I take??

?

And then people argue (with themselves) over what’s going to get them the best results from a training point of view.?

?

Should I run??

Do more weights??

Train in the morning or evening??

Is HIIT better or low-intensity cardio??

?

All of these things can have an impact on your results for sure.?

?

But what I’ve observed is that people overthink the above and constantly chop and change their approach with no real consistency.?

?

The REAL reasons why they aren’t making progress are..?

?

1 - The don’t believe they can get results. ?

?

Poor self-image, past failures and low confidence all chip away at self-belief. ?

?

Many, because of deep past traumas in their life (too heavy for this post) don’t really believe that they are WORTHY of being healthy and fit.?

?

2 - Environment.?

?

They are surrounded by people who don’t support or encourage them. Their environment makes it near damn impossible to make any lasting changes to their body and health.?

?

?

It doesn’t matter how many calorie counters you download…?

It doesn’t matter how many reps you do in a workout…?

It doesn’t matter if you do cardio or weights…?

It doesn’t matter if you give up wheat, gluten, dairy and alcohol….?

?

if your environment doesn’t support growth and positive change…?

AND you don’t really believe that you can get results or that you are worthy of experiencing an improvement in your health and body, things won’t change.?

?

And if they do change, it’ll be temporary.?

?

If you keep stopping and starting with your health and fitness goals, you’ll probably deep down know that it’s not because you haven’t found the perfect diet or workout plan. ?

?

It’s likely down to one or a few of the above reasons.?
