The curriculum works in Estonia and does not work in Turkey or vice versa. Regions and nationalities used to accept information differently.
Technology that is scalable gives us the opportunity to sell in different countries, but it does not mean that we will be successful in sales and retention with the same approach in the local market.
Besides differences in overall payment or legal regulation infrastructure and local competition, there is a main reason:
Cultural difference.
Cultural differences: Different cultures have different values, customs, and expectations. This can affect how customers interact with education, and what they consider to be important. Only by understanding these cultural differences, companies can better tailor their education services to the local market.

These companies above focused on online live classes and focused on the local market only. If there would not any cultural difference more probably they would try to enter different markets at least in their neighboring countries.
