Realtors - Hate Marketing? Think of it this way...
A number of real estate agents and brokers I've chatted with tell me they don't know how to (or "hate to") market their business and services.
But here's the thing - boiled down to its simplest form, marketing is simply the things you do to create leads for the sales process.
It's time we went back to the basics of AIDA (Awareness, Interest, Desire, Action), or put another way:
Attract - make people aware of who you are and what you do
Engage - entice them to join your community, so you can...
Nurture - keep in touch and build a relationship with them until their ready to make a move (Encouraging the KLT Factor -- know, like, trust)
Invite - literally invite them to work with you; buy or sell property
Delight - provide outstanding customer service so they want to share your incredible real estate prowess with their friends and family
If you're spending time on each of these steps on a continuous basis, you will see success in your business.
So, if you're planning for 2023, how are you incorporating these steps into your calendar? What are you (or your assistant) doing each month, each week, and each day to:
Increase your audience so more people know who you are and what you do?
Capture their mailing or email addresses?
Keeping in touch with them on a regular basis to build that KLT Factor?
Get pre-listing appointments, signed buyer agreements, new listings, etc.?
Going above and beyond with your clients and customers to ensure that you're the one they mention when someone asks about real estate?
