REALTORS - Want these kind of results? Here are the tips to be successful at getting your ducks in the row.

?? Step 1 - Get your Lead Generation Engine up and running. Pick one source - FB Ads, Google PPC, Postcards, FSBOs, Expireds, Door-knocking, cold calling, buying leads - what ever floats your boat! PICK ONE! (You know my preference).

?? Step 2 - Make sure every one of the lead that comes in is contacted, so you can filter them properly. If you don't have a way of contacting back every single lead, figure that out. Do you it yourself, hire an a sales rep etc.

?? Step 3 - Call every one of those leads within 5 minutes. Reach out to them 15 times in the first two weeks. If you are not reaching out fast enough and enough number of times - you won't have the conversion you need. If you are overwhelmed - Hire someone to do it for you. 

?? Step 4 - Once on call/text, figure out their timing, motivation, location, price range etc. This gives a sense of what kind of a lead they are. a) 30 days, b) 30 - 90 days, c) 3mo - 6mo, d) 6mo+. 

?? Step 5 - Setup a nurturing system. Follow up with them and add value. For example - if a) call every other day b) Call once in two weeks. c) Call three times a month d) follow up every month. Also - you have your emails and text messages and videos etc. that will need to be sent out.
