REALTOR PARTNER PLAYBOOK | How To Protect Current Realtor Partners & Win New Realtor Partners

As we enter a purchase market, Realtors are your #1 most vital referral partner. It's never been more important to retain and secure current Realtor partners and build relationships with new Realtors immediately.

Every day, you are at risk of losing your best referral partners to other loan officers. The cost of losing a referral partner is exponential. And, you need NEW referral partners to grow your business.

Building referral relationships is your path to profit. But you also have something to offer them most loan officers don’t. To secure new agents as partners, and secure the relationships you have, you need to actually help them be more productive and help them grow.

One of the best strategies this month is to leverage the MODERN REAL ESTATE SUMMIT. The timing of this event is perfect because your agents have challenges and huge opportunities that will be addressed at this event by some of the most successful and well-known Realtors in the marketplace. For instance:

TO HELP GET YOU STARTED:

  • Follow @modernrealestatesummit on Instagram and Facebook and use the content to add value to agents as this week we’re also creating posts to help you invite agents to attend the big event on November 3rd.?

STEP 1

  • Start with your Current VIP Agent Relationships (as the goal is to secure the relationship especially if it has been a while since your last visit).
  • Send a personalized video text using the Modern Real Estate Summit’s Commercial Video as your hook while letting them know you would love to save a seat for them FIRST before it is offered publicly (due to RESPA rules).?

STEP 2

  • Follow up with PHONE CALLS!? Don’t rely on just text messages or emails.??

Step 4

  • Once posted on social - add a post to your story with a “Poll” question making it very easy for agents to tap “yes - I want to attend.”?

Step 5

  • Go LIVE stating how excited you are to have some of the largest names in Real Estate (name drop:? Ryan Serhant, Kyle Whissel, Andrew Franklin, etc. with their hooks) all streamed virtually on November 3rd for the Modern Real Estate Summit.?
  • Be sure to give a call to action:? DM me or comment below if you would like your seat saved!

Step 6

  • Ask your title reps, inspectors, home warranty companies, C.E. instructors, Insurance Agents, Broker Owners, Team Leads, etc. if they could also help promote this event (give them your custom made invitation made by Plug and Play SM) for them to also post, email, and text out to their database while offering them a seat as well.? “Tis’ the season”
