Kaam  means LUST- Its a deep hunger of anything , results from over attachment. It can be with "POWER".Power should be mentor your people, not to carried away with it. Guidance & Mentoring play major role to prove the superiority.

Krodha means Anger - Would you like to work  with a short tempered boss! Not at all! He will not be appreciated by anyone. If you cant control your own anger, how would you control the circumstances. Think about It!

Lobha means Greed- Materialistic gain is not for you are only working for. To carried away with the profits only, and every time may shaken up your chair . Satisfaction word should also take some place when you are heading the team.

Mana means Pride- Here comes the TEAM WORK. To appreciate your team , to motivate them is the key to success for every project. If you really think that you are the doer, then you are wrong.PRIDE for the team not for "ONLY ME".

Madh means Arrogance- If you are taking the credit for success , then don`t forget to be the part of failures also. "I" is no where in the game. Its only " WE"

Harsha means Over Excitement- Here i remember my Boss , when i was working as Induction Coordinator in a BPO. He was head of the department. My only complaint with that fellow was to see him without expressions. He But after some time, i realized that he was very balanced. He never shown his excitement never shown sadness , but neutral all the time. When whole world is in fire, only a leader is there with a balanced mind!!!
