Realize your full potential

Realize your full potential

You know you've reached your true potential when you excel at doing things with minimal effort

Hello, I am Carl Gustav Jung, I have already introduced myself in a previous chapter of this newsletter (Become unshakable), so I will go straight to the point. Here is how to realize your full potential?through my philosophy.

Don't let anyone but you define you

The world will ask you who you are, and if you don't know, the world will tell you

Since our early childhood, we have learned to conform to others in order to be accepted by them, starting with our parents, then our friends, teachers, classmates and so on...

The first step is therefore to silence the external voices and listen to our inner voice.?

Do you value security or are you more of an adventurer? Maybe you like freedom or you have a strong competitive spirit.?Society tends to value extroverts when you may be an introvert. Do you have to change to conform to others? No way! Einstein was an introvert, I was too, and we have done very well in our lives this way. Never pretend to be someone you're not ! Never !!

Focus on who you want to be

I'm not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become

It is very important to have a goal of the person you want to become. You will have to overcome certain obstacles, so you will need a lot of motivation and a strong will to get there. For example, if you want to become a good public speaker and you are a shy person, you will have to put yourself in very uncomfortable situations such as speaking in front of people you don't know in order to build the strength of character you will need to reach your goal.?Shyness is part of you but does not define you.

Get rid of your addictions

Your addictions are the means you use to escape the real problems of life. Whereas, the only way to effectively deal with your problems is to face them. This is how you build your strength of character, the one that leads you to grow as a responsible individual?

In my opinion, the worst addiction you can fall into is idealism. if you start believing that problems will one day solve themselves then you have fallen into idealism. make the decision to face your problems in all circumstances and you will see that you will always find a way to overcome them?

Be honest with yourself

Stop listening to the false speeches of personal development gurus who tell you that you can accomplish anything you want as long as you set your mind to it. it's false and even dangerous to think that way because you don't have infinite potential and you can't be talented everywhere. You can be good at anything, but if you want to excel, you will have to know where your true talent lies and focus all your energy on perfecting it to the point of making it an art.

Take some time for yourself

If you want the world to know you , you have to know yourself first. It is by being alone that you are able to reflect on who you are, what you do and why you do it. It is important to question your choices to see if they are really yours or if you are conforming to what society wants to do with you. Solitude should become your best friend. But be careful not to go to extremes, it is not about isolating yourself in a monastery on top of a mountain, you have to find the right balance between the connection to the world and the connection to yourself

Cheers !
