Dissatisfaction sells in today’s world. Whether it’s dissatisfaction with being single, your weight, or not being tall enough or the amount of money you have–there are countless ways that the vibration/energy of dissatisfaction permeates our lives. What I can promise you is this – if you’re dissatisfied in this moment, you will be dissatisfied in your future moments also. The practice is eliminating the vibration of dissatisfaction in all moments regardless of the circumstances. The practice of contentment is about vibrating satisfaction. Remember that growth is gradual and being patient with your growth is paramount to being at peace. Be patient with the Universe and allow It to do Its job, in the time that It requires.
Your feelings are your responsibility.? You can always change how you feel when you practice finding a different perspective. Being satisfied in these moments of challenges become easier when you practice feeling gratitude towards where you are in the exact moment. It is a constant reminder that the shift will always happen. Trust that everything is in Divine Order. Being okay with the uncertainty that this comes with truth is very important to the practice of peace.
During every challenge, remember you will move through it. Wanting and desiring whatever is in the present moment is the best way to starve your ego and feed your happiness. Taking action with the vibration of satisfaction instead of dissatisfaction is the best way to unlearn the man-made hindrances to your contentment. The practice of happiness is not easy. It requires the real effort of looking in the mirror for solutions along with the help and guidance from the universe. The struggle is always internal. Looking for satisfaction in anything external will not last. When the shine wears off a lot of times the vibration of satisfaction goes with it. Setting an intention to vibrate satisfaction no matter what the experience feels like is a beneficial practice.?

The practice is a constant reminder that when you’re stuck, use the Universe to guide you on how to feel satisfaction in the present. In order to eliminate programmed behaviors that promote dissatisfaction and create roadblocks to your happiness, start small. Constant practice is not easy because that requires prolonged periods of time looking in the mirror.
The external search for satisfaction as a cure-all for this unhappiness is usually what the masses are attracted to–but finding satisfaction in anything external is fleeting. The search for lasting satisfaction can only be accessed from the inside. The journey is inevitable. Your perspective while on the journey is a choice.?
