According to the State of Working America Report – Thriving in Resilience and Brilliance, a significant 46% of working Americans believe their managers care less about the well-being of remote workers. 4 个月Great article, Simon! I especially appreciate point number five. I'd also add that leaders need a sincere commitment to lead, grow, and mentor all their team members, including remote workers. It's crucial to remember that fostering the growth and development of remote employees is a core part of their responsibilities.
