The hospitality industry is all about the amount of information guests demand before and after their arrival. You must understand the customer service code to exceed the customer's expectations. A simple truth I know is that the only way to do great work is to love what you do. This will make you more impressed and confident to do your job professionally, making it easier and more enjoyable for clients.
