EdTech platforms collect vast amounts of personal data from their users, raising significant concerns about privacy and data security. This data, which can include everything from personal identification details to behavioral insights, is often used for commercial purposes, sometimes without explicit consent or adequate protection. The risks of data breaches and unauthorized use of personal information are genuine concerns that need addressing.

I am sure this is going to change with AI coming into Education. But remember this: Personalized teaching and learning is not going anywhere, teachers are not going anywhere. Humans are social human beings therefore, it is vital to have physical student-teacher interactions. Which will increase the need for one to one tutoring. Because personal tutoring mixed with AI is going to be the magic recipe for the future.
