Status updates made to any actions will be communicated to the owner and assignee via our Smartflow technology. This ensures that both parties are equally informed of the progress and that the risk of non-delivery is identified at the earliest stage.

The drift from an action’s original target to current date and closed date is captured in the system. This data can be used to manage poor behaviours in staff and identify undesirable trends.
