Hey guys,
I hope you're well.
As you're enjoying your day, thank you for taking time to read my thoughts.
You know what's crazy?
We are living in someone else's thoughts; everything around you right now was someone's thought.
The place where you are in life now is from your thoughts.
Just something to think about.
So, on the thought of building a personal brand.
Okay, so what is that, and what is the real truth, right?
For those of you who are aware of the digital landscape.
You will not survive in the marketplace without a personal brand.
We're in in 2024, a personal brand is an insight into who you are.
You see, most people, when you ask them who they are, they will tell you what they do.
"I am a banker, professional footballer," etc.
But who truly are you?
I'll let you think about that.
But in essence, personal branding is literally showing the world your true being.
Whether you run a Fortune 500 company.
Or
You work at 7-Eleven, or you're an athlete, performing artist, whatever it is.
You need to let people in.
When I say that, I mean, let people in on what you are comfortable with.
What is your mission?
What issues are you trying to solve in the world?
How can I relate to you?
How can I see you as a real human being who goes through things just like me?
You see, the people who do that, who just make the private public, like Gary Vee, Patrick Bet David, Elon Musk, Andrew Tate, the list goes on.
All they are doing is letting people in, how can we live in your thoughts?
What you create from your mind and put that out into the world.
You see, every person, every business is a media marketing company.
You just have something that's unique that you're sharing with the world.
I said "making the private public."
Let me give you a tangible example of that.

The last consultation meeting I posted, which you can watch after this
I had a meeting with that company.
All I did was turn the camera on.
That conversation would've happened regardless, so why not turn on the camera and let people in?
By you just doing that and sharing it with the world, you are now sitting on an asset that can pay you for the rest of your life.
Can you imagine that?
You can get paid passive income for marketing yourself.
It was always the other way around.
Crazy.
I have taken a lot of inspiration from Gary Vee.
It's so interesting because this is all I've known up until this point, right?
I have been documenting my life for the past 3 years, my life, my journey as a professional athlete.
Just turning the camera on, so it makes sense in business and entrepreneurship I do the same.
So in my spare time, as I watch Gary Vee videos.
I have been seeing a lot of his current and old content of his consultation meetings.
Fascinating, all he is doing is turning the camera on, letting people see what he would do anyway.
It is so valuable; you see, the point of this article was the real truth behind building a personal brand.
The real truth is this is hard.
You see, building a personal brand is not transactional right away, you don't see a return of revenue in the beginning.
You have to be relentlessly patient.
Look at my consultation call on my channel; it has 8 views.
But I know this is the long game.
I know that my brand will be so relatable.
Business will come to me.
I am not selling anything; I have with or without you energy.
Why?
I have been deliberate about a personal brand; we have been at this every single day for the past 3 years.
I still have not reaped the fruits of all my labor; now we are starting to see more.
But we have a long way to go.
That's the real truth on building a personal brand.
It is the long-term game, 10-50 years from now.
That's how I think about it.
What about you?
