Real Success? Start With Happiness! Grab These 22 Greatest Secrets to Happiness in an Unhappy, Selfish and Emotionally Poor World and Society.

Now, there is a lot of talk about success right? Everyone wants to be successful. Have you ever asked yourself;

"Why do I want to be "successful?".

I put success in quotes because many people have a stressful concept of success because their success is futuristic and is a stretch between where they think they are success-wise and where they think they ought to be. To most, success is a destination and not a journey even when they affirm;

"Success is a journey."

Let me say it otherwise;

If you say success is a journey to mean that you become successful only if you have arrived at your destination; then forget it. Many people who saw success as the destination found disappointment and not lasting happiness waiting for them at the end of it all, after having invested heavily in pursuing the success and after sacrificing a lot more of what constitutes and brings real and true success.

If you do not have an empowering, enjoyable definition of success yet, then stick to my advice;

Instead of talking about success, talk about;

  1. Living your best possible life and
  2. Making your best possible out of what life has to offer you.

Why Do You Want Success?

"You Want Success Because You Think, Consciously or Unconsciously, That Success Will Make You Happier Than You Are Now in Some Respect." Simon Bere

This is the point with many people.

Are you one of many people? Yes? No? Be honest.

Your concept of success is based on comparing yourself with others in your circles or in society?

You see these other prominent people who flash things and who appear in the media and you think because they are better than you either materially or in their lifestyles and you think;

"These guys must be having it all and If have what they have and do what they are doing then I will be happier than them?" Right?

Now let me ask you more bluntly?

  1. Do you confuse success, achievement and happiness?
  2. Do you belief that more success and more achievement equals more happiness?

Before you attack me, let me say this;

We all need certain things to make our lives bearable and comfortable.

We need money, enough money to meet not just our needs but also some of our wants.

It is very good to even become millionaires or billionaires or trillionaires

Financial and material poverty is a terrible if not a dangerous thing for sure.

But...

  1. Is it wise to link our happiness to whether or not we have a lot of financial success and we have tons of material things?
  2. Is it wise to subordinate happiness to our achievements?
  3. Is it wise to wait in expectation that we will be happy if or when...................

Why Not Start Wellbeing and Happiness First?

Let me ask you?

Are you aware that if we put wellbeing and happiness first, everything else false in place?

Are you aware that you do not need any of these things that we believe will being happiness for us to be happy?

Are you aware that even when we face adversity, we can still be a little bit happier if we chose to and knew how to be happy?

Are you aware that no matter how difficult a situation is, we can manage the situation better if we are at least a little bit happier than when we are not happy?

The First Success of Secret: Manage Your Happiness

Listen, Simon Says

The Better You Manage Your Happiness and Wellbeing, The More Success You Can Become and The Higher Your Achievements?

Say after me:

"The better I manage my happiness and wellbeing, the more successful I can become and the higher my achievements can be in any areas of life that I want or have the potential for high achievement."

Say it one more time,

"The better I manage my happiness and wellbeing, the more successful I can become and the higher my achievements can be in any areas of life that I want or have the potential for high achievement."

Copy this statement and paste it where you see it often and say it as often as you can. You see,

This is an example of a good affirmation.

You do not become happier by simply parroting;

"I am happy. I am happy. I am happy!" as they teach you.

You become happier my managing your happiness.

I don't know if it is a fact or just a belief but here is what I, Simon Bere, things;

"Whatever we don't manage goes haywire!"

Maybe you also want to repeat it after me

"Whatever I don't manage goes haywire!"

This applies to happiness as well.

Humans are struggle to find true happiness because of poor happiness management.

Am I right? What do you think?

My Parting Short

Let me leave you with these words from one the world leading happiness psychologist.

"What would life be like without happiness?

Without happiness, life would succumb to little else but pain, sadness, anger, and fear.

Without happiness there would be little value in success and accomplishment. Without happiness, none of the "good things" in life would seem very good. Without happiness, you could find that proverbial "pot of gold at the end of the rainbow," and it wouldn't matter at all. No wish, no dream, no amount of money in the world would mean much if it didn't make you feel happy.

Without happiness (or the hope that it might come in the future) there'd be little point in going on.

With happiness, however, one's life is transformed...

With happiness, the wealth and gifts of life seem full and ample. With happiness, life's failures and disappointments disappear. With happiness, even meager conditions can seem contenting. With happiness, life appears meaningful and worth living. With happiness, the world is joyous and complete.

Happiness is the ultimate blessing of life!

After all, what worth would all the success, fame, fortune, and love in the world have, if it didn't make you happy? And what difference would all the success, fame, fortune, and love in the world make, if you were never happy?"
