Insights & Satisfaction from sharing my own stories!

A discussion a long time back- A known person told about me in front of me:

“Om is doing personal branding & promoting himself in a dedicated way. Isn't it?”.

By my nature, I try to understand things in much detail sometimes when needed. I listened to that carefully and forgot that considering "fun by someone"!

Time flies, throughout my life till now I have earned countless well-wishers, unlimited lovers & 97%+ supportive people in my entire known in-person/virtual/social/etc. 

Today I thought to write my personal view in my personal way as LinkedIn Article for that topic. I have described below "why" with the conclusion, thoughts, and more with one last question from you at the end".

For years, 1000+ people got inspired by me, and directly learned something from me & acknowledged me back with Thanks on multiple channels!

I have made a direct positive impact on 100+ global people's careers working in different-different organizations globally!

Approx 50+ known got inspired by me and started something to leave an impact behind them. No idea, no counting how many people got inspired or got help from my public discussions/answers/etc.

I received 60+ direct messages from reputed industry leaders as appreciation for my passion for learning, sharing & love. I received 100+ direct acknowledgment & compliments messages from fellow learners who reached to me for mentorship from various places.

I received other exciting messages (A different article in the future with a separate Story & context).

Being motivated by me directly, approx 30+ working professionals who were looking to start a new career- Started Journey to Salesforce program for their better career in the dream of working on the Salesforce Platform.

I'll keep sharing my stories if at least one would get impacted positively by me.

I'll be an advocate for myself forever if at least 1 would get inspired by me.

I'll keep talking about my journey for such impact, love & support from the Globe.

I will share everything impactful forever if at least 1 would get something better due to me.

Please think carefully- If I had not started self advocatory for my initiative years ago- 

Have you heard my name 4 years ago? "No."

Now, Trailblazers who are actively participating in Trailblazer Community to learn, connect, and fun- if you will ask them, many of them will at least tell you “yes I heard the name 'Om Prakash from a city Motihari' some time”.

Does it really matter?

Yes, for me it really matters-

In this large world, if few of many know me by my name- by my profession without even any in-person meet, many created a positive assumption about me, many newbies and many professionals have huge respect for me even without knowing each other, even without meeting ever-

What an individual needs more?

I've been following your suggestions you suggested to me from months/(years/weeks), I'm getting addicted to your "XYZ", Your suggestion helped me save my entire days, your message helped me overcome from "ABC", due to the few times I got ''XYZ``, many compliments due to "XYZ".

- If I write all, I'll have a 500 pages book of motivation.

Shouldn't I be grateful for this beautiful world? 

Shouldn't I be grateful for the Salesforce #TrailblazerCommunity?

Shouldn't I be grateful for this Ohana?

Shouldn't I be grateful to you if you have a few minutes to notice this article?

Yes, I'm grateful for everything. I’m grateful for you if ever I got inspired/motivated from you!

I believe that

your Gyan is your assets, your character is your power, Work is worship, and I'm a "love what you love to do" person.

I have always received 100% love from my entire Village, Panchayat, Block, and in my home city area due to my Father who is a role model in my home city area for an exemplary and honest Government official of Bihar Government. I received lots and lots from childhood due to my family.

And, for the last 4 years If I started receiving love from a few/many global peoples then yes it's a great feeling for sure. It's exciting for sure! It's an achievement for sure!

It's a blessing!

I strongly encourage you-

Be an advocate for yourself!

Feel proud of what you are doing.

Feel proud for everything Life has given you either a lesson or achievements.

Always remember- Don't judge someone based on your own facts and own beliefs or someone else wrong beliefs.

For example:

If you don't know me well.

You don't know many and many untold stories :(.

You don't know many things behind my smiles or tears.

You don’t know my beliefs my thoughts,

I have never and never harmed you in any 0.00000000001% way.

Then what is an issue if I share my stories :)

At last, one question:

If I will not talk about my journey do you think someone else will come to share my story at first step? :)

You are right! The answer is "No". Everything starts from self and goes selfless and beyond. 

If due to my own story, due to my show up, due to my journey, due to my any act, If at least one person would get smiles then yes I will become the reason of many smiles.
