?? My creative leadership tip: Every Monday, I start my day by creating a one-breath-per-line? #mondaymindfulness activity. I set some basic rules before I begin and let the first line I place in my journal dictate the outcome. 

?? Self-care can mean different things to every individual. Taking the time for myself before I start my week is my form of self-care.

Play – the best form of self-care

What was the one activity we all engaged in over those long hot summers of childhood? Yes, the universal language of those days was play. The importance of children’s play is accepted and generally encouraged, but it is actually critical to human growth and connection, not just in those developing years but right into adulthood.
