“My daughter was in her High Schools Principals office, they were trying to force her to sign a paper admitting guilt to something SHE DIDN'T DO. (They needed a scapegoat)

As an AP and IB student anything on her record would be tragic.

I called our LegalShield Provider Law Firm and told them what was happening. Her attorney called me back in 5 min. Informed me that even a minor has the right to "refuse to sign."

Also said if they punish her in any way, he would go after them. When I relayed the info to the Vice Principal informing her of my daughter’s rights per her attorney, they immediately backpedaled and changed their story.
