The Real Reason

Today, I'm sharing with you the real reason why I am starting a podcast. So I recently announced that it's official, I'm starting a podcast title, Redefine Your Reputation with Francesca Ragucci. The podcast premise is about the luxury sector in real estate, hotels, fashion, and technology and talking about how to intuitively identify behavior and strategically plan your business for impact and growth on platforms like social media and Alexa.

The intention came very naturally. When working with clients nationwide from the East and West coast in different luxury sectors like real estate, hotels, and residential hotels, I am learning more strategies and understanding the intuitive energy of social media and behavior.

I started this podcast to help position myself in the way of business where the opportunity comes about. It's a way that you and I can have a direct conversation through the podcast about in-depth topics.

2. Grow the opportunity for speaking engagements
3. Continue to partner with clients who are credible with a superior reputation in real estate and hotels.

I'm at a stage where my business is gratefully growing on the East and West coast partnering with clients in a variety of different markets, cities, suburban, rural areas, second-home markets, and more. I'm confident in talking about various topics that are more in depth. It's also a way to open myself up to speaking engagements and other opportunities that comes about with podcasts.

The real reason why I started is that I desire to go national. My passion is to have a business presence and an office with my team in Los Angeles and New York City. My clients attend national events and conferences. Many of them have a location on the West coast in Los Angeles or Las Vegas and New York City. Both of these cities are meeting points for those in surrounding states.
