- Build a #ScrumTeam with the three roles according to Scrum Guide: #ScrumMaster ??, #ProductOwner ?? and #DevelopersTeam ???????? ; at #SprintPlanning event, the PO is going to prioritize the #ProductBacklogItems (PM can assist the PO on it!), and the Developers Team is going to select #PBIs and the #SprintGoal, for us to have the #SprintBacklog. We will create an Increment that meets our Definition of Done!
- At #DailyScrum, Developers inspect the progress toward the Sprint Goal and adapt the Sprint Backlog, if necessary. The Scrum Team is #cross-functional and #self-managed;
- At the #SprintReview, the Scrum Team is going to inspect the outcome of the Sprint and determine future adaptations, check what has changed in our environment, gather feedback and collaborate with stakeholders on what to do next. And at the #SprintRetrospective, the Scrum Team is going to plan ways to increase quality and effectiveness, by identifying the most helpful changes to improve its effectiveness!
