Real Queens fix each others crowns!

"As women, we have to start appreciating our own worth and each other's worth. Seek out strong women to befriend, to align yourself with, to learn from, to collaborate with, to be inspired by, to support, and enlightened by."-Madonna

Ladies, Happy Women's Day!

The only message I have for you today is about appreciation and taking care of each other as queens. The term "fix each others crowns" refers to taking care of one another and helping a sister out when she is at her lowest. I found that we as woman tend to neglect each other and overlook that we need each other fundamentally in order to function and thrive in this society. I also found that it makes a whole lot of a difference when a sister reaches out and helps you through your journey.

I would also like to speak against the idea or the attitude of dislike, hate and gossip which tends to creep up within our circles. Ladies, we are bigger and stronger than that, we are more than capable of being successful and amazing without bringing another queen down. We have been gifted with strength, perseverance, resilience, love and warmth.

Being a Psychologist can be quite daunting but very rewarding, there are times where we see and hear of cases that are quite difficult. But with a strong community of queens that fix each others crowns and lend a helping hand, this tremendously lightens the load and helps one traverse their journey a little better and a bit lighter.

Ladies, lets be each others strength and remember why we have been placed on this earth and ponder upon our purpose and calling in each others lives.

I love the message “real queens fix each other’s crowns”. In my experience, it takes an empowered woman who has been through challenges herself to have compassion and also to understand the strategic value of supporting each other. If we want to go fast, go alone; if we want to go far, go together. The greatest legacy we can leave is to believe in our friends, family and colleagues, knowing we have been an angel in their journey, especially when they have been going through transition and transformation.
