Real problems to be tackled in the classroom - WANTED

University system used to allow a small amount of individuals (around 5% in the UK in the 1950s)* who normally secured good carriers. However, the amount of individuals going to university has increased to around 50% in the 2010s*.

We cannot expect to have the same expectations with a university degree in the 2010s than back in the 1950s. I believe one important element is to align the education provided, with the needs of society.

Education institutions and organizations demanding those graduates should have a more close cooperation, making sure that those individuals are suitable and ready to contribute to organizations. REAL Problems Based Learning from organisations started to be tackled while studying could be one approach which narrow the distance between graduates skills and organization’s needs. .

Myself I am ready to coach those students to solve real organisation problems and I am looking for organizations ready to share those real problems who nobody is taking care of and are stock in some drawer at the moment. Anyone willing to provide with any?
