How I concluded this?
While applying for the US roles for example on LinkedIn you most probably could have seen that it's usually indicated something like "Only US based", though the role is remote.
There are multiple reasons for that, starting from payroll compliance/convenience, ending necessity of occasional physical meets and etc.
Within Europe these reasons are additionally fulfilled with local language and cultural identity.
However when not directly specified that the remote role is "US based only" it does not mean that it's "abroad remote friendly".
According to my personal track in order not to devastate resources and energy applying for yellow rectangle roles, it only makes sense to put effort on role where it's directly mentioned that employer is open to remotes internationally.
This measure will bring you very close to the green rectangle roles.
