And REAL Insight's 2024 theme for the year is....

I know of many people in my life who like to have a word for the year. I haven’t gotten into that practice personally but do feel like the REAL Insight theme for 2024 is “Added-Value”.?

2023 was a year of growth in many ways.??

  • Record revenue?
  • Record percentage of high-profile, high stakes projects?
  • Record new store relationships?
  • Record diversification of clients and projects?
  • First time presenting at a Spirits industry conference in London?

We saw how our ability to collect data from authentic people in real environments while making that experience accessible to client teams brought clarity and impact to critical decisions. Consumers are complex, and decision-making is always nuanced. Yet, leaving projects with the confidence that is gained through the fuller context of decision-making from authentic shoppers and consumers seems to be increasingly novel in our industry. The ability to ensure we have representation with channel-specific consumers and mindsets, especially within small format, has proven hugely valuable.??

We are looking to sustain and build off that success by bringing more to the table to ADD VALUE and impact to our work.?

What will this added-value look like??

  • Leaning into behavioral science theory to optimize System 1 and emotional data collection and reporting. Let’s go deeper into feelings!!?
  • Elevating our data visualization chops to bring key insights to life in a more intuitive and impactful way. More slides that you cannot help but share far and wide within your organization.?
  • Making our expertise easier to tap into, increasing the likelihood of a ‘winner’ the first time. We want you to be that rockstar within your organization with a reputation for crushing it.?
