As an introverted entrepreneur, you may be all too familiar with imposter syndrome. I know I am.??
But don't let it hold you back!?
Here are five strategies to help you reset and regain confidence:
1.? ? Stick to the facts: Focus on what you know to be true instead of dwelling on negative self-talk or assumptions. Recognize your achievements and give yourself credit for your hard work.
2. ? ?Challenge negative self-talk: Pay attention to your inner dialogue and actively challenge any negative thoughts or beliefs. Ask yourself if they're based on reality or just perceptions.
3.? ? Set reasonable expectations: Break down larger goals into smaller, achievable steps to avoid feeling overwhelmed. By reaching these milestones, you'll build confidence and momentum.
4.? ? Take action: Instead of getting bogged down by self-doubt, take action and tackle the task at hand. Every step forward is progress, no matter how small.
5.? ? Look for evidence: Remember times in the past when you have succeeded and made a difference. Use these positive experiences as evidence that you're capable of achieving more.?
?
Tell the 'inner-poster' that says you aren't and you can't, to sit down.?
