When I happened to "walk-on-by" Southold-located Corcoran Real Estate at 53795 Main Road Southold - the?entire?building was cleaned-out - and - there was a telephone number (323) 333-3404 attached-to-the-building?without verification?of just what?business?was associated having?THAT?telephone number.
As a Southold DUNKIN DONUTS customer - I would see Southold CORCORAN Real Estate staff-worker?CHRIS PIACENTE?there. I?thought - to "go-write-on-ahead"?-?and call CHRIS since she had exchanged her business-card w/ me a while ago -&- I still had it.
I called Chris Piacente inquiring-about just what happened to the SOUTHOLD Corcoran Real Estate?now-empty?building -&- TOO - of course - if she was okay. CHRIS was?so-kind to let me know that SOUTHOLD Corcoran Real Estate staff will be in the CUTCHOGUE CORCORAN REAL ESTATE building.
Cutchogue Corcoran Real Estate bcco -uilding had to get re-modeled and the hook-up of the telephone connection TOO-had to be made. Supposedly - folks - Cutchogue CORCORAN REAL ESTATE opened as of Monday, September 28, 2020. The telephone number is (631) 765-1300.

NORTH FORK CIGARS & MORE includes tobacco - cigars - hookahs {like those renown in New York City where one breathes-in the smoke from the hookah which is an object where fumes are projected carrying tobacco smoke that gets heated via the hookah via the "machine" known as a hookah} - dog treats - glass objects - other unique gifts.

While I was attending a Speech and Dramatic Arts Class coached by RON VILLANE at IONA College in New Rochelle New York in 1979 - RON VILLANE got my attention immediately when he said that he personally composed a play titled DASHES -&- DOTS. He proceeded adding that the play concerned a?crazy doctor who smokes once-in-a-while?"but don't worry - you won't become addicted. I wrote this production for you."
WELL i had extreme FUN bringing the role to IONA's Doorley Auditorium.?HOWEVER ~ I DID BECOME ADDICTED TO THE NICOTINE.

As a professionals' collector since 1974 and I am still maintaining it~ I?ALWAYS NOTICED?Celebrities were?renown-smokers.?PLAYBILL?back-covers endlessly?for years?like other publications plus TV advertisements carried brands of cigarettes within advertising?promoting folks to literally FEEL FREE to indulge in the?habit?with all-sorts-of-promotional-recommendations?either in-print or featuring?star?actors -&- actresses who truly were?forced-to promote this activity.
I smoked cigarettes for twenty years and?QUIT?IN 1999 AFTER having?starred?in North Fork Long Island?theater productions. Just one?raw example?is that 1n 1990 when I starred ad Fagin in OLIVER! at the Mattituck North Fork Community Theatre?every time between scenes where Fagin's character?did not have to APP-ear?on-stage I'd go for a butt on the NFCT porch and be AB-le to immediately by focusing attention to get myself back on-stage when the timing was demanded. I'd have the ABility to get right on without any difficulty.

The College of New Rochelle (CNR) housed the ROBERT LEWIS ACTING COMPANY. MAUREEN STAPLETON starred in The Club Champion’s Widow there in 1977. I served the ROBERT LEWIS ACTING COMPANY as a volunteer under MITCHELL MAXWELL and handled some office tasks while I was attending Iona College in New Rochelle majoring in Speech and Dramatic Arts.
