We’ve been seeing changing real estate trends in the past year here in Denver. Today I’m sharing four top trends we’ve noticed people are either looking for or creating in their homes. In general, buyers are looking for larger lots and homes, and there’s been a rush to the suburbs to get them. With often one or two adults working from home, people need more space.
