Real Estate Revolution Hackathon w/ OpenAI presentation & free API credits

The eXpcon Hackathon is designed to bring together leading minds in real estate technology, development and innovation. This event will serve as a dynamic platform for developers, tech partners, and innovators to showcase their talents, creativity, and cutting-edge solutions.

Participants will be challenged to develop innovative solutions that address both the unique? challenges faced by eXp Realty as a brokerage and broader issues within the real estate industry. Leveraging OpenAI’s advanced API and enterprise ChatGPT platform and a specially prepared eXp API featuring simulated data, teams will have just six hours to ideate, develop and present their groundbreaking projects.

Note: this is an ON SITE hackathon and all competitors are responsible for their own travel and lodging. The event will be taking place in Miami Beach for a duration of 6 hours.?

Requirements

What to Build

Prior to the event, eXp will provide competitors with a list of challenges and pain points both operationally and for consumers. You will be tasked with building solutions that must utilize at either the OpenAI API or CustomGPT platform AND at the API from eXp.?

Build Time

Teams will have between four and five hours of build time and then will be asked to demo for the judging panel at the end of the event. Your entry must be built on-site during this time.?
