Hi there,

Sometimes you get lucky! In April 2022, I quit my anesthesia job. It was time for a change, and I wanted to go all in. As we grow, our investor partners deserve full-time operators.

Shortly afterward, I rolled my 403b into an IRA and only re-invested 30% of it. I'll admit that 30% has taken a beating. Down 17% :-(. The other 70% is being eaten by inflation, but that sure is better than the invested portion.

I am now forming a real estate-friendly solo-401k with my remaining funds, in which I plan to invest passively as a limited partner in other sponsors' investment opportunities.

In the near future, we plan to showcase firsthand how you can roll old 401k's and self-employment 401k's into solo 401k's and self-directed IRA's (SDIRA) to provide you with more options to diversify your retirement portfolio.
