Returns for European real-estate debt funds stabilized?
Following a drop in the previous quarter, returns for European real-estate debt funds were stable in Q1 2024. Rolling 12-month returns moderated only marginally, to 3.6%, according to the latest results of the MSCI Europe Quarterly Private Real Estate Debt Fund Index.?
The slate of maturing U.S. loans
