The Adani Group is exploring the possibility of monetising parts of its real estate holdings that have been internally flagged as non-core to its operations, said two people directly aware of the development.
Titan Company has purchased commercial space spread across three floors in a ready project in Borivali suburb of Mumbai for Rs 100 crore. The Tata Group company is already operating a store of its jewellery brand Tanishq from this premise.
Real estate major Supertech has informed the administration that it has settled 32 recovery certificates issued by UP-Rera worth Rs 7.6 crore. It also said it had paid the administration Rs 3 crore.
Embassy Property Development, a leading real estate firm, intends to slash its debt of ?8,800 crore by more than a third in the upcoming two quarters by divesting specific assets, including its office park in Chennai spanning 5 million square feet, a development known as N2 within Embassy Manyata Business Park covering 1.6 million square feet, and an additional 1 million square feet of office property.
Braving temperatures of over 40 degrees, more than 50 homebuyers from Greater Noida West carried out their regular protest at Ek Murti Chowk on Sunday against pending registries. The protest is in its 25th week now.
