NEW DELHI: Signatureglobal (India) has acquired approximately 25.75 acres land in Gurugram for development of a group housing project, the company said in a BSE filing.

The new office will come up in Bagmane Capital-Angkor in Bengaluru, a major hub for technology firms. The space will be taken up in two phases by Qualcomm. "Qualcomm will occupy ground plus 12 floors in the upcoming facility for a tenure of 108 months," mentioned the document.

The government of Maharashtra is looking to address the issue of high premiums levied by the authorities on real estate development projects in Mumbai, the country’s commercial capital. The state’s Housing Minister Atul Save is planning to soon convene a meeting with key stakeholders from the state’s Finance Ministry, Urban Development (UD), and Revenue Departments to review these charges.
