Real Estate Investment Funding Opportunities
Are you nervous about having too much money in the stock market, but unhappy with the returns being offered by banks and bonds?
If so, have you ever considered private lending secured by real estate? My private lending demand is starting to exceed my capacity to fund these loans, so I'm looking for funding partners.
I currently only underwrite 2 types of loans:
(1) Transactional financing, typically when an investor has a mismatch in the timing between buying and selling a property; and
(2) Rehab financing, which covers the acquisition and rehab costs up to 70% of After Repaired Value (ARV).
I source and underwrite the deals, so this is a truly passive investment for my partners (though they will have the ability, and my encouragement, to perform independent due diligence).
