Real estate investment is not a get rich quick scheme, I get questions about our ROI {return on investments] frequently , my company offers a 30% ROI after 10 months of investment, and potential investors ask " how possible is that?" , " there are no financial institutions offering such ROI or am I missing something?"

My response is " the 30% ROI is accumulated returns of your investment capital at the end of the investment duration, it is no magic, it is no ponzi scheme either or a miracle of any sort.. heard about making money while you sleep? Real estate investment is one of the ways you do so.
