Real Estate Hulkamania

Real Estate Hulkamania

I got to meet Hulk Hogan this week. When I told my kids about it, they had no clue who he was.But back when I was growing up in the 80s, life was tough and I needed a hero to look up to.I was literally born into this world homeless. My mom and I bounced around from shelter to shelter for a while when I was a baby since my father skipped out as soon as he found out my mother was pregnant.

Mom and I eventually found a place to live, but we were always on the knife’s edge of poverty. But watching the Hulkster unleash Hulkamaina on his victims every week made all of that suffering disappear - even if it was only for an hour or two.

Just to get you up to speed, Hulk Hogan, who’s real name was Terry Bollea, was an all star wrestler who started his career way back in 1977. By the time I was old enough to get infected with Hulkamania, he was already a champion and in his prime.

When I met him this past Tuesday, he shared a lot about his rise to the top and not only what got him there, but what kept him there.

Consistency was a huge contributor to his meteoric rise to fame. While all of the other wrestlers were sleeping off hangovers, he was in the gym every single morning working out and developing his craft.

The relationship he eventually developed with Andre the Giant was also instrumental to his success. Back then the sport wasn’t choreographed. They knew who the winner of each match would be, but what happened in between was up to the wrestlers.

Andre took Terry under his wing and taught him the art of wrestling. He learned how to read a crowd and give them exactly what they wanted. But he said the most important ingredient to his fame and fortune was honesty. Over his decades long career he saw hundreds of wrestlers come and go because they were not fundamentally honest people.

Short term success can be achieved through manipulation, but that fire burns out quick. Honesty equals longevity.I think Terry would have done great in the probate niche. All of those qualities are exactly what you need to crush this niche. Consistency, relationships, and honesty are essential.

If you possess these qualities, you are already half way to mastering probate real estate. Do you need to have knowledge about probate? Well sure, but that’s only a piece of what you need. It’s these core qualities that will allow you to succeed. And for those who don't have them, it’s the reason they fail so often.

But just because you don’t have consistency or are not good at creating relationships doesn’t mean you’ll fail. When you join our Probate Fox community, we have mentors who will walk with you and help you develop those skills.

Honesty can’t be learned. Either you’re honest or you’re not. If you’re not, do not pursue this niche. In fact, if deep down you are a dishonest person, please unsubscribe from my emails. The families we work with deserve better.

If you value honesty and integrity, we’d love to have you join our family. www.probatefox.com
