The Real Estate Dashboard

Did you know I write "The Real Estate Dashboard" each week in our hometown newspaper? @NewCanaanSentinel is the new New Canaan paper, and the @Engel_Team is proud to be a part of this important community resource. I write the Market Reports and Christa Kenin has been right there with me writing the real estate advice and observations column. Pam Toner contributes the Open House list each week and I can tell you that many agents have called to say thank you, we rely on it. Amy Cuccio is brilliant with stats contribution and she provides a breakdown of monthly activity in each town across #FairfieldCounty. Me? I write a column with my observations on different segments of the market ranging from "The Condo Report" or a "Breakdown of the $3 Million Market" or an analysis of "Net Migrations In and Out of New York City". Each week I include statistics and graphs from the multiple listing service and borrowed from real estate newsletters, (particularly Jonathan Miller, CRE?, Member of RAC 's amazing "Housing Notes").
