Real Estate in the COVID World

Realtors have an awesome responsibility.  We need to help sellers get the most of their property and balance with buyers who are looking for a house and deal that works for them.  Now we also must do everything we can to do this will keeping everyone safe from COVID19.  It can be done.

For our selling clients we can utilize all the tools that we have to promote the property through all our electronic media sources -- websites, Facebook, Instagram, radio and television are all ways that we can promote a property.  Using excellent photography including 360 and drone tours potential buyers can "look" at a property on line 24/7.  When a buyer wants to physically see a property we can arrange a tour that protects both buyer and seller.  We will provide the PPE for buyers.  Sellers will be give instructions on how to leave the house --  all lights on, cabinets open -- so that the agent and buyer will not need to touch anything in the home.  Just like we say to our kids --  look with your eyes.
