Today I want to discuss where things stand with real estate in the Santa Fe and Albuquerque areas and what we’re doing to keep clients safe during this stressful time. Our governor has ruled that real estate is an essential business, crucial to the vitality of our economy, so we’re still conducting business. We’re handling a ton of our work virtually. For example, I’m filming video tours of homes so buyers can see them without leaving their houses. Many people still need to buy homes, even during this challenging time.
