What Made an Actor Become a Compassionate Coach?

Mark Bixter , Leadership and Mental Health Coach and Trainer, joins Rob Lawrence to share how he switched from actor to coach working with charities supporting prisoners, social workers and young people. Mark lives by the idea that everyone, regardless of their profession, social status, religion or race, should be provided with coaching opportunities.

In the intense environment of the operating theatre, they introduced coaching techniques as part of their developmental team debriefs.
