Over the Christmas and New year period, people of National Capital District of Papua New Guinea were robed by the Boys in Blue, the carrier of world wide Trusted Emblem of the Most High Queen. with my own necked eyes, I saw 4 to 5 land cruisers loaded with beer cartons, raided the simple settlement people around 8 mile, 9 mile, Morata, ATS, betel nut bags were raided, I wonder, Boroko Police Station and the Konedopu Police Head Quarter must be full with Betel Nut Bags and Beer cartons,
On the other hand, a police man bursed up a Tari Fela at 9 mile buai market for airlifting Daka from Rabaul(Balus Daka), after a tip off from informers. the police officer chased the Tari fela from the Air Port to 9 mile market and arrested him,(not arrested but robed him of his Balus Daka)
Very Funny thing is,the next day I was at the scene wanting to buy buai for resell, at the same time a wife of a police officer from McRiger Barracks was questioned and assaulted by buai daka sellers at the market, because the daka she was selling belongs to the Tari Fela which was confiscated by her husband(the Police Officer) the day earlier. over frustrated with the DIRTY COPS, they bursed the Police Officers wife, after that the boys in blue arrive at the scene and started the Cat and Mouse Game with the vendors, normal innocent people were assaulted, fully armed vehicles were pulled in as if they were in IRAQ or Syria,
DIRTY COPS IN NCD ARE USING THEIR WIVES AND CHILDREN TO SELL WHATEVER THEY LOOTED FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC OVER THE CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR PERIOD, MOST COPS ARE SEEN DRUNK... look at Gordon's Tan Trading Car Park, the buai bags raided by the police are not used as evidence to prosecute the offender but they let them goes free and the Buia Daka goes to their wives and children hands for extra money for the family while their victims are suffering with their family.. the illegal vending of buai at Gordon are conducted by children of undisciplined police officers living in Gordon barracks
on the 1 st of January 2016, at around 9:00 pm, I was selling Flex cards and other store goods at 8 mile just in front of my house, a unmarked land cruiser sped on high speed towards the markets, bumping Tables and scaring innocent women and children, everyone fled for their lives, suddenly, all of the doors opened wide, instead of police coming out, 4 teenage girls hoped into the vehicle and the driver took off, the other girl looks like a 10 - 11 years old
The above a some of the highlights of the National Issues but my question is, HOW CAN GENERAL PUBLIC HELP AND CORPORATE WITH POLICE?? HOW CAN PUBLIC TRUST POLICE??

9 年It is interesting to read about SPY COPS, but how effective would that be? Settlements and Communities are infested with relatives of dirty cops, please do set up a Community Based Spies so that anyone seen compromising with the cops can be dealt with, most of the information are provided by someone from the communities(tip off) and the dirty cops carries out the raid and brutalizes.. PLEASE SET UP A COMMUNITY BASED SPIES TOO (UNDER COVER CIVILIANS) to monitor the civilians activities connecting to the police brutalities

9 年Albert, I would agree that there are some spelling and grammatical error in your writing, but I would applaud you for taking the first step to writing up something. We all make mistakes when writing in english, even the native english speakers do. English is not our native language, yet this should not be an excuse for us making errors in our writing as we must strive to write well. English has become the standard language to communicate in business. Many people, especially in PNG, think they know english better but lack the courage to prove it in writing; myself included. You have the courage and that is the most important element in your desire to write because until you become a proficient in english (oral and written), you won't stop writing. By the way, I do like the story.

9 年You doing well Albert. English is not our first language neither is tok pidgin. Accept criticism as it is, it makes you feel compelled to lean more. In line with the issue of leadership I also believe that every individual especially the elites of this country should make a personal evolution on honesty, trust and how loyal we are serving our people of this country. Let me give an example, if we are still receiving lunch money for a short cut process than we are no different from the rogue cop stealing from the poor buai sellers or throwing rubbish out the window of your car while driving and littering everywhere. Basic principles of morality is fast decaying among ourselves. For me the best place for me to start is within myself so I can influence the person sitting next to me. If you are a police officer reading this please make a change starting with yourself and let the ripple effect take place, it may be small but if you make a start, it can go around and solve the entire problem.
